Troubleshooting

  1. I can't access the internet but I can access on-campus websites. What is happening?

In most cases this means you have a web proxy configured in your browser. To fix this problem remove any proxy settings.

  2. I can connect to ANU-Secure and get the right IP address but I can't go anywhere/ping anything

If you are sure you configured the connection correctly, try disconnecting from wireless for a minimum of five minutes then try again.
