Getting Support for Wireless


1 - Read wireless.anu.edu.au


We find that many questions asked by users are already answered in the website. Please review it before continuing.
We will accept any suggestions for improvements to the site to wireless@anu.edu.au. Note: Do not use this email address to request support.


2 - Contact your LITSS


Local IT Support Staff (LITSS) are there to provide front-line support for IT and network service at ANU. The wireless team is not resourced to deal with the majority of user queries. Please ensure that you have discussed an issue/problem with your LITSS before continuing to the next step.


3 - Ask ANU


AskANU can help with many of the basic issues users will have, such as connecting to the wireless network.


4 - DOI Help Desk


Finally, if none of the above methods have helped solve your issue, you should raise a DOI Help Desk ticket. This will be directed to the appropriate people to deal with your issue. If you do not have a univeristy ID to open a ticket, AskANU may do this on your behalf.
