Wireless

The ANU Wireless Network is part of the Information Commons. ANU staff, students and affiliates can access the wireless network from many areas across campus.

There are currently two InfoCommons wireless networks in operation on campus: ANU-Secure and ANU-Access. It is recommended that you use the ANU Secure network because it has greater security and will enable you to access more ANU services (e.g. access to central file spaces). ANU-Secure also offers much higher speeds than ANU-Access

You may need to use ANU-Access if you are connecting using an older computer or a mobile device.

News

We are currently experiencing some technical problems with the authentication process on ANU-Secure. A support call has been raised with the manufacturer and we are working with them to resolve the issues as soon as possible.

Networks & Communications apologises for the inconvenience and this page will be updated when further information is available.

Students are no longer able to log in to ANU-Access and must use ANU-Secure. Students will receive a 'Bad username or password' error if they try to log in to ANU-Access.
